Daily Channeling for Oct 29, 2009

June: I am ready to channel about how to prepare for natural body changes and how to think about them.

*How do you greet your body changes?

June: With shock, and sometimes I like them.

* Which ones are you comfortable with?

June: I guess when I accept them, I feel proud of them, because they show how old and wise I am.

* Old means wise?

June: Old means accomplished, a veteran, a survivor, a thriver, not so naive anymore.

* Okay. First and foremost change is part of life. Think of the body as part of nature, that goes through seasons and cycles just, but exactly just, like nature. Humans have disconnected from nature to the extent that they forget that they are composed of the same chemical elements as the planet, and those chemical elements go through change and growth just like plants and animals. The only difference is, is that sometimes man induces unnatural changes in himself or herself, in order to satisfy a desire to look different than their natural selves. These efforts to stay young at all costs, cost the body and tire it out quicker. Natural aging is a way of the body to stabilize itself, adjust to its age, stay healthy.

June: What? How?

* This might sound weird to you, but the hair turning white, is the saving of nutrients for other parts of the body that need more help. At the aging stage other inner organs need more help and support and the outer parts of the body, the skin, the hair, the nails, even the muscles get a little less nutrition.

June: But couldn't the body just ingest more nutrition?

* Not really, because it would be more work to do that, and would not equal out as additional food.

June: Okay. I do understand the concentration of energy to the inner organs, that makes alot of sense.

* So you can choose to appreciate your body's ingenious plan of preservation, and not knock it for making some minor, repeat minor in the big picture, changes.

June: Got it. God is brilliant.

* Thank you!
