June:

* That was a blast of silence.

June: Just woke up and am groggy, and acclimating to Jerusalem's cool weather.

* Yes, and?

June: Feel I might have caught the bug going around here, and just took homeopathic remedies to try and head it off before it gets any stronger.

* Would you like us to explain health in these times?

June: Yes, that would be awesome.

* Health is not a measurement of how well you are doing anymore; it is almost the opposite.

June: Do you mean that any kind of disease is us shedding stuff we do not need?

* Yes, but there is more to that. There are flu viruses going around now, and it is almost like it needs to visit almost everyone before a new strain will arrive.

June: Yes, science seems to be reporting that.

* These viruses are like visitors from outer space, or actually residual presences, that were left by entities visiting Earth.

June: I have heard that there are many visits, currently, and that in the future there will be those that will be undeniable.

* Yes, that is true, but right now what people get are the residues of these visits.

June: What, like their energy after their visit? Like what I can sense in a room after something happened in it?

* No, it is more like the waste they leave behind.

June: Excuse me, but this is like science fiction to me.

* It is science but not fiction.

June: So is it good or bad?

* Neither, it is what it is. But we think it is positive that more people are experiencing these entities, even if the experience is hard for their bodies to adjust to.

June: So you are saying that the flu is the residue of aliens visiting, and that we benefit from this "interaction" between our energies and theirs?

* Exactly. Now go chew on that. See how your sore throat disappeared? For you understanding is everything...
