Daily Channeling for Nov 5, 2009

June: The weather is changing. I feel Mother Earth is changing her clothes...

* What is your main signal for weather change? How do you notice it?

June: There are a few things, the sky, the temperature, and the feeling in the air. Today it is getting very still. Nature always goes very still in Winter. Everything goes to sleep, retrieving their strength underground where it is warm, until the Spring.

* Have you ever tried to notice weather change inside of you?

June: What do you mean?

*Your body is made of the same elements as Earth. How does your body change in Winter?

June: I am not sure, I know yesterday at work, people were complaining about being stiff.

*What does that mean?

June: Shutting down? Less lubrication in the joints, less movement in the body, therefore causing stiffness?

* Not exactly. The human body also hibernates in cold weather. Everything tries to retain energy, and not lose it in the cold.

June: Where does our energy go in the Winter? Down to our feet, into our bones?

* Go with what is white in your body, the energy goes to where it is white, the bones, the ligaments. White is a slow frequency color. It matches Winter.

June: In Chinese medicine the Winter months concentrate on the metal element of the body whose color is white, the lungs and the large intestine. And people eat potatoes in cold weather, and rice and bread and onions, garlic, and white root vegetables.

* Yes, you can go far with this, for everything is connected. We wanted to point out this awareness to you and your readers. Let everyone come up with more examples of how their bodies react or change or adapt to Winter.

June: Okay! Thanks! I need to work, think, chew on this one for awhile... I never thought about Winter this way, or my body, I kind of expected it to perform the same way throughout the year without any changes. I see now that that is not possible, or natural for it,

* Right! You and your body are part of a much bigger thing- the cosmos, nature and the universe.
