Since so many of the human race are obsessed with what they see in the mirror, the best solution we can see to this habit, is to like and appreciate what you see in the mirror. Love heals all, and loving energy draws more love like a magnet. So when you appreciate and love your self as you are, you shed light on your true self - a perfect child of God.
