* Do not feel chastised, it is what is. You were simply speaking from a place of unawareness, because your mind was actually somewhere else in the past, You were releasing fears from the past.
June: Hopefully.
* Just knowing that they exist and agreeing to let them leave you is huge. It sets the intention for healing.
June: Yes.
