June: What can you say about addiction?
* It is the adding of iction.
June: What is iction?
* Ions of ICT.
June: What is ICT? I see that you can have diction, fiction...
* In this case it would be an ad for diction, or an addition of iction.
June: I is sun, C is emotions, and T is the pressure on something, right?
* Put it all together.
June: So addiction helps people with the pressure of their emotions?
* Yes but not only, it also goes from being small to being big, it always always grows, until it eventually begins to destroy, get out of hand, or is healed.
June: How can it be healed?
* Only by the addict recognizing him/her self as such, and seeking help to learn to deal with the emotions they are spending so much energy to suppress.
June: Is it always connected to arrested development?
* Unconsciously yes, but not consciously.
June: Does a gene start it?
* No, the gene is only the tendency to look for help in the way of escaping and not dealing. That is a soul decision.
June: Really?
* Remember we were talking about the triumvirate of mind body and soul? Well the soul decides it has had it, with the thinking and physical survival, and just goes for the pleasure, bliss and constant connection part of life.
June: Yes, that makes sense to me, I see that.
* Only there is not really constant connection, because the way the soul chose to connect, is not a way that can last without turning destructive, because it begins to destroy the thinking ability to concentrate, and the physical body. The soul's decision and dominance in this case, denies the body and mind of decent survival. Any one of the three (mind, body and soul) dominating and disregarding the others is detrimental to that human being. It is almost like the three branches of government in a country- the executive, judicial and legislative. They need to keep each other in balance.
June: wow, this is helpful and eye opening.
* There is alot more about it, but for now, this is enough, you need to chew on and digest this first.
June: Okay, thanks alot.
