*People need not go into self punishment or self flagellation when they realize that they need to change their ways. As people adapt to all the calls for change that are coming their way daily, weekly, a new consciousness is arising. Embracing the new consciousness is what will allow the changes to occur in people and in their ways. Before they had changed their consciousness, they were not aware of the need to change, nor did they feel they had the ability or the tools too. Be kind to yourselves in this great times of great change, and rejoice in the new world!
