*Many of you are not sleeping as soundly through the night as before, and find yourself waking up, and when you fall back to sleep, you find yourself having weird or frightening dreams. The dynamic is such: you wake up because you and your body pick up the immense charge of what is arriving now to Earth, you then fall back to sleep and the charge cleans out more stuff that you need to shed for your ascension through dreams. Not to worry about your mental health, you are all getting saner, as you shed!
