* You do not always have to know what the result of your actions shall be. What is important is that you do what you want to do. As long as you have everyone's highest interest in mind, it is all good. Even if people are not that pleased about your actions, because it pushes them to take more responsibility.


June: My time is up as Chair of the Green Team where I work, and I opened it up for someone to volunteer for the job. What do I do if no one volunteers?

* Nothing. You need to step down and mean it, and then others will step up.

June: So no begging or drama, correct?

*Totally not needed. Besides you might just imagine someone happily stepping up to the plate as you notify them on your stepping down from the position. As always, it is more about focusing on yourself, and not projecting on others.
