June: What is anxiety? What actually happens to you when you feel anxious?

* Why do you ask?

June: Anxiety is just such a surreal experience, it is like something happens to you, and you do not know what it is.

* It is more like you happen upon something else. When a person is anxious he goes into a time warp, his inner processes accelerate so much that he transcends the present moment, and goes into a time/dimension warp. What is needed then is to slow down the inner processes, if you know what they are, and how to do that.

June: Well, most people get anxiety attacks when they are just discovering an unresolved issue inside themselves, and have no clue how to handle it.

* Is this a complaint?

June: Well, couldn't the need to heal be less terrifying?

* Someone is pissed.

June: Yeah.

* Your rage is well founded, and we see your point.

June: And? You'll deliver my complaint to God?

* No, we will educate you on why people lost contact with themselves in this day and age, and how their systems can speed up without their knowing why.

June: Please do.

* The human body functions on many levels, and you know of course about the unconscious, and subconscious and conscious parts of the brain.
Well, when something from the sub or un conscious wants to be healed, it will pop up into the conscious brain which does not recognize it.

June: That makes sense to me. Do these two levels of the brain work on a faster frequency?

*No, they do not. But when the conscious brain does not know what is flooding it, it alerts all systems as if there is an emergency going on, and all systems accelerate to save the body.

June: That reminds me of how people say that feeling of surreal reality and time warp happens in times of terrorist attacks.

* Yes, it is the same thing. If humans were more aware and comfortable with the idea of dimensions, and time travel, and time as a dimension in general, they would know that anxiety is an acceleration to a different level. You are not leaving reality, you are just entering a different one that exists simultaneously with your, what you call, present one.

June: I see, I get that.

* So next ime a person becomes anxious, they can reassure themselves that they have transcended the "present", because of an acceleration of their inner systems. Think of it as what happens as a plane takes off; it speeds up on the ground until it lifts off the ground, and everything feels very different in the air.

June: Got it! Thank you. This is helpful!

* You are a riot, Little One.

June: Tomorrow we need to talk about how to slow down the systems. Most people today just take drugs, either legal or illegal ones.

* Yes, we know, more about that tomorrow.
