Daily Channeling for May 21, 2010

* You are allowed to express your feelings in many different ways, and not always in the same way. In fact it is very beneficial to try different ways of expression, just to begin to look at feelings as passing clouds, and to be a little more objective about them. Anything that comes up as a reaction, can be looked at, played with. And it would be especially beneficial to play with its expression, let's say dancing it, drawing it, jibberishing it in the car, cooking it! Reactions are not responses, and need to be treated as quick triggers, that are usually not worth taking too seriously in the way of mouthing them directly and immediately. Sit with your reactions, get to know them, heal them, cure them, cherish them with love, and pamper them with compassion. But do not take them as walking papers!*
