June: What is today's counsel about the change we are all going through?

* It is a choice, this change, not everyone chooses to go with it, some will find themselves going against it, trying to hang on for dear life to what was. Others will leap into the future with open arms. It has a lot to do with people's confidence in themselves and life, and in the flexibility of their entire selves. For some the speed of things is not comfortable, for others the feel of things is not familiar or cozy and for others the sound of things is not promising. Each to his own, and since you are a species born with free will, you are all entitled to live this change as YOU CHOOSE.

June: But wouldn't it be the easiest to just accept it all with open arms?

*Not if change has always been a threat to you or anyone else reading this blog. Adjusting to change, even acknowledging that one is here is quite a challenge for many people. Just read the newspapers to see who and how many people are resisting change. We have no judgement here, nor do we wish to convey any to any of your readers. Everything is as it is.

June: So the choice can be brought to our awareness, we can consciously choose to acknowledge and embrace the change and to trust it.

*Yes. You can.

June: Any ritual or mantra to help with that daily when we forget?

* Yes. The mantra is - to be said or sung if you make a melody up for it for yourself , when you get up in the morning:
"Good morning new life, good morning new me, I know things have changed since yesterday."

June: You're kidding.

* Not at all. Evolution is upon your species, and it is biological and natural and happening all the time.

June: Wow. Okay. Good morning new life, good morning new me, I know things have changed since yesterday. It feels kind of weird, like where did yesterday's world go?

* It is not that dramatic as you would like to make it, but it is a natural order of change, think of it as a flower blooming, more and more every day.

June: Okay. Each day the flower is new, it is more in bloom!
