Daily Channeling for Nov 2, 2009
June: Good morning, what would you like to deliver through me today?
* What is your experience with Christianity?
June: There is a very healing presence in the silver chalice and I think Jesus was a great healer. To this day I think he is a healer and a great advocate for forgiveness. The essence of him is like above the pain, above the vindictive thoughts, it is a presence of love, which really feels unconditional and pure.
* Do you know why Jesus was such a healer?
June: No, not really. My first thought was that there was alot of stagnation and need for healing in the society he lived in.
* You mean the Jewish society?
June: Well, I know that there was corruption in the temple, which meant that there was a male dominance going on, and when that happens, things are out of balance.
* What else do you know about the time of Jesus' life?
June: I know that the Eastern religions were flourishing and that there is even talk of Jesus having gone to India to study.
*So what does this tell you?
June: That maybe it was time for something new on the planet, a new religion, or way of thought and being.
*Do you know that there are cycles in religions on the planet, just as there are seasons in nature?
June: Cycles?
*Yes, as there are in anything organic. Life is in constant movement, and there are sways and coming backs, and finding new paths to the same thing.
June: You really put diversity into the plan here.
* Yes, just as nature has its own diversity that is forever growing, so is the diversity of the minds and feelings of man. His expression of how he perceives the world can and will have many facets and many faces.
June: But it seems to cause so much trouble on the planet. You know how everyone preaches exclusively in your name.
* Not everyone, first of all, only the loud, hurt ones, who fear they will disappear if there religion isn't dominant. It too comes from a fear of survival and the ultimate fear of death.
June:So missionaries and jihads are from the same source?
* Kind of, two sides of the same bar.
June: I see.
*There will come a time when diversity is accepted, especially from people who have suffered oppression of any kind.
June: I see that, but I do not see when this will happen.
* It is not for you to see, or put a timetable to. Know that it will happen in its time.
June: Okay.
